I truly relish the idea of learning new and extended ways to use tapping. I'm sitting here, working away, thinking I'm having a pretty good day and then BAM! I read this and think, well, shoot! Of course, I should continue tapping even when I'm feeling good (not just when there is something to fix). It's like eating healthy and exercising; these are things to proactively keep your physical and emotional health optimum. It's an AHA! moment up in here today. Thank you, again.

Tapping really is a tonic with, as you're seeing, virtually infinite applications. For sure, most of the time we are tapping "out" energy that isn't serving us. And most of us have lots of that! But we also tap "in" what does serve us. It's a fast track to creating new defaults in our systems as we change our perspectives and beliefs. It helps us to make the new normal, regular. As always, thanks for reading and playing. :)
