I hear you about communication and part of that, I think, is also not having other options to even consider. It's war or nothing. Ideas like this are, obviously, about offering us something else to do with our valuable time and energy. And I may come back to bite you with that quote that I should be pres. :)
Beautiful vision. Very similar to Robert Mueller’s vision for the University for Peace in Costa Rica. Move Upeace to Israel and you have your description made real. Just not quite as formalized.

I remember reading his list, one time, of some five or six thousand ideas of and just loved it. And related! :) Its been a while since I have thought about the University of Peace, thanks for the reminder. There can't be too much of this going on in the world right now.
