This is so exciting and validating. Another validating read I've found recently is The Love Frequency by Farnaz Reneker and Kristin White. These are two sound healers who stumbled into channelling and have published their learnings. It's all about the new consciousness, how we are in a time of transition, and how our intentions toward each other, animals, and Mother Earth all matter. I love the excepts and like Frances read, reread, and wrote down the compassion vs anger statement.
