I laughed outloud when reading the first paragraph - I could hear your voice in my head. Thank you for the reminder that changing consciousness is a practice. I am trying to be more curious and open and less reactive - it's a work in progress.
Well it's always a win when I can make someone laugh even when being somewhat serious. :) And what you say here about being more curioous and open and also less reactive AND that it's a work in progress is the whole ball of wax right there, if you ask me. It's really so great to have you along on this ride.
